Blue Ash Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony 2022

Join the City of Blue Ash for the 70th annual City of Blue Ash Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony on Monday, May 30, 2022!

The parade will begin at 10:15 a.m. at Reed Hartman Highway and Cooper Road, proceeding east on Cooper to Kenwood, south on Kenwood to Hunt, and east on Hunt before ending at the Bicentennial Veterans Memorial Park at Blue Ash Towne Square. (Click here for a PDF of the parade route map.)

Dozens of military and non-profit organizations, local businesses, and community groups will participate in the parade.

A special ceremony will take place after the parade at approximately 11:30 a.m. at Blue Ash Towne Square with keynote speaker Lt. Col. Dan Meyers.

ABOUT LIEUTENANT COLONEL DAN MEYERS    Lt Colonel Daniel Meyers Memorial Day 2022 speaker
Lieutenant Colonel (LtCol) Dan Meyers is currently the Executive Officer of 4th Law Enforcement Battalion (4th LE Bn), Force Headquarters Group, Marine Forces Reserves. In his civilian career, LtCol Meyers is a Federal Law Enforcement Officer. While on Active Duty, LtCol Meyers traveled to multiple foreign countries, kingdoms and combat environments serving as a Platoon Commander, Aide-de-Camp, Personal Security Officer and finally the Provost Marshal and Commanding Officer of Guard Company, Marine Barracks Washington, known as the Corps "Oldest Post”. LtCol Meyers transitioned to the reserves in 2012 and served as the Commanding Officer of Alpha Company, 4th LE Bn, Lexington, KY where he would conduct multi-national exercises with his Marines in Grenada, Jamaica, and the Kingdom of Jordan. Subsequently, LtCol Meyers served as the Executive Officer of 1st Marine Corps District's, Recruiting Support Officer program. LtCol Meyers holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida and a master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College.
